MK All Network Communications is leading distributor of pre-pay SIM cards. We are looking for Business Development Managers to join us in various locations to grow our business with independent retailers.

This is a field-based role and the primary objective is to maximize the revenue and contribution from retailors. In order to achieve this, he must ensure that all resources at their disposal are deployed as efficiently as possible. In addition, manager is expected to trial new products and identify further revenue earning opportunities for company.

The Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:

1. Working in the field on a daily basis, promoting and distributing SIM cards.
2. Getting to know your customers and serving them with pride to ensure repeat business.
3. Manage all accounts (retail stores) to ensure delivers top quality service which maximizes revenue and contribution opportunities for the business.
4. Marketing and promoting Company’s international calling services within targeted communities – e.g., at specific events or stores.
5. Developing new areas to further develop distribution business.
6. Provide regular reports on competitors’ activities/strategy along with customer feedback to management for input into marketing and distribution strategies.
7. Assist in recruiting and training of new field sales executives, including ongoing mentoring to the newly-recruited personnel.
8. Undertake market research projects to enable to maintain its understanding of customer requirements. This will involve planning and executing focus group sessions. This information is used as a critical input into Company marketing and distribution strategies.

The Candidate requirements:
Ideally, applicants should have:

1. A competitive spirit and a passion for selling.
2. A full driving license (we will provide the mileage expenses).
3. Entrepreneurial mindset & decision-making skills.
4. The ability to motivate, organize high levels of workload effectively.
5. Initiative and enthusiasm.
6. Excellent communication and ‘people skills’.
7. Good level of presentation and reporting skills.
8. Good written/spoken English. Ability to speak either Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Malayalam will be advantageous.
